These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Rehana Pathan website (rehanapathan.in) and the escort services advertised on it. By accessing this website and booking any service, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully before engaging any service.

Booking Terms

All bookings must be confirmed through WhatsApp at +91-9876543210 or by phone call to the same number. Written confirmation with companion name, arrival window, and total payable amount is required before any engagement. Bookings are confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. Rehana Pathan reserves the right to decline or cancel any booking at our discretion, with full refund of any advance paid (where applicable).

Payment Terms

All standard bookings are cash on delivery — payment is made in cash, in person, to the companion upon arrival at your door or location. No advance payment is required for standard short-stay and full-night bookings. For travel companion and weekend packages, partial advance may be required — this advance is documented in writing with a neutral-business-name receipt issued immediately. We accept cash (INR and major foreign currencies), UPI, and select international cards. No payment information is stored on our servers.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made more than 1 hour before the scheduled engagement: full refund of any advance paid (where applicable). Cancellations made less than 1 hour before: 50% of advance retained to cover companion's travel and preparation time. No-shows (client not present at agreed location and time): no refund of any advance paid. Companion-side cancellations: full refund of any advance paid, plus option to reschedule with priority dispatch.

Code of Conduct

Clients are expected to treat all companions with respect and dignity. Any client who becomes aggressive, intoxicated beyond reason, or refuses to respect negotiated boundaries will have the engagement terminated immediately, with no refund. Mutual respect is the non-negotiable foundation of every Rehana Pathan booking. Clients must confirm booking details in writing on WhatsApp before the engagement to ensure no ambiguity. Clients must ensure their hotel room or private space is clean and comfortable before companion arrival.

Limitation of Liability

Rehana Pathan is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Clients engage companion services at their own risk. We do not warrant that any service will meet your specific expectations. We are not responsible for any issues arising from client-side factors including but not limited to hotel security interventions, room access issues, or third-party interference.
